the staff were friendly! i received a warm cookie upon arrival, a good touch. the room was spacious and clean! also, the bed felt comfy, promising restful nights.
The lighting was not ideal. Applying makeup proved a bit challenging.

Breakfast is self-service buffet style. Fresh coffee never ran low. staff quickly cleared cereal dishes, leaving tables immaculate for each course, a great touch.

lovely staffcomfortable bedcarpet stains
the hotel staff showed kindness. the location worked well with eateries very close. breakfast choices presented many options. the bed was very comfortable.
the carpets showed stains in both the corridors and rooms. i think a deep clean could improve the overall appearance.

the hotel enjoys a prime location near the marina. there are several places to eat within a short walk. it makes exploring the local area easy. there are excellent views of the surroundings from some parts of the hotel.

The central location made exploring so simple! breakfast was available until 11 am on weekends. This meant we had no rush. the staff were quite helpful, going above and beyond when i made a request. i felt so cared for. This.
the cookie given at check-in was not suitable for everyone. my partner has some allergies, and there were no other choices.

The room included two twin beds, a desk, and a comfortable chair, perfect for working. a tv was installed for entertainment. A safe secured our valuables. the connecting door added an element of flexibility.

The breakfast offered many choices, including both hot and cold items. the marco pierre steak restaurant on site offered a good dinner. The presentation was beautiful. i found several restaurants just outside the hotel.

The front desk staff were very helpful and friendly. Their recommendations enhanced our trip. they provided drink vouchers which we used at the bar. the welcome cookies were a lovely touch, though the parking was expensive!

the staff at reception offered a friendly welcome. i received a warm cookie upon arrival. the breakfast had amazing options including cereals, fresh fruits, and a full english breakfast.
the carpets were filthy and stained. i noticed food on the curtains. the bed was hard, and i did not sleep well. lighting was also poor.
